The most common hesitation I hear from new clients isn't about price — it's "what actually happens?" Not knowing the process makes the decision feel harder than it really is. Here are the actual steps I follow with every client.

Step one: initial contact. You message me on WhatsApp or through the contact form and describe your business in general terms — what you do, what you specifically need, and any example sites you like (if any). This conversation usually takes just minutes and sets the overall direction.

Step two: nailing down the details. We agree on the site's content (text, images, the services you'll showcase), the visual identity (if you already have a logo and colors, or we need to design them), and the right domain for your business. This is genuinely the most important step — the clearer the content from the start, the faster the delivery.

Step three: actual design and build. I start building the site for real, sharing updates along the way — not just at the very end — so you can confirm the direction feels right before we continue. This cuts down on "surprises" in the final version.

Step four: review and revisions. You go through the full site, and any change you need (text, image, layout) gets applied before final launch. The goal is that you're 100% happy with the result before any visitor ever sees it.

Step five: launch. Your site goes live under your actual domain, visible to any visitor online. I double-check that everything works correctly — forms, links, speed — before considering the project complete.

Step six: support after launch. The relationship doesn't end at delivery. If you need a small change or have a technical question a week or a month later, I'm still reachable.

The full path usually takes one to two weeks from start to finish, depending on how quickly I receive your content. If you're ready to start, the first step is simple: message me and tell me about your business.
